CORONA REQUEST

If you select to have DVRoofing do a site inspection without you needing to be present, you must leave a gate unlocked and have no dogs in the yard.  (Remember to close doggie doors!).  We will notify you via phone, text or email of our anticipated arrival date/time.

If you select to have an appointment for the inspection but want to observe due caution of social distancing, we will contact you to set an appointment.  We will not knock on your door, but will call you upon arrival.  We can handle everything by phone, email and direct link photos during the inspection or you may come out and maintain the comfortable distance.

If you already have your 1st insurance scope/estimate, please be sure you have uploaded it to our site at least 4 hrs prior to our appointment.  This will help us be more proficient in evaluating your damages and claim.

We can discuss our findings with you as we complete our inspection.  We can also proceed thereafter with phone, text, email, Zoom meetings, and e-signatures.
